Our statement regarding
the ongoing pandemic COVID-19

We are currently monitoring the ongoing world pandemic COVID-19. We are committed to playing our part to ensure the safety of all our vendors and customers, and to provide a safe community for everyone. We understand this unprecedented event has totally disrupted normal daily life for all of us and we are commited to weather the storm together. 

While we have seen a slight decrease in the number of sales, Fabulus is still open for business, with the understanding that some of our services might be limited or nonfunctional at this time. Some vendors might not be immediately available to process orders because of the “stay home” or ‘lockdown” orders that might have been issued in their region, which prevents them from traveling to their stores. These restrictions also apply to most of our shipping partners, who are working on modified shipping schedules or unable to work at all.  

We will closely monitor each individual case and will make appropriate substitutions or refunds if necessary. Despite all these, we are still committed to ensuring a 5 star customer experience and will never settle for anything less. We encourage everyone to adhere to the advisories issued by the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC), to continue practicing social distancing, staying at home unless absolutely necessary to pick up supplies and obey all laws. We look forward to continuing to serve you.
